Dondongos are both specific enemies included by default, and an enemy type selectable in the Enemy Editor.

Enemy Properties
- Type: The overall behavior of the enemy; Note that this does not affect the vertical animation of the Dodongo.
- NES: can be stunned by explosions or quake hammer and can instantly be killed by the sword (or a sword beam) while stunned
- BS Zelda: Not implemented yet. In BS Zelda, Dodongos could not be stunned by explosions and could only be defeated by feeding them bombs
